About the Decode Pain Mini Course
Living with persistent pain can feel overwhelming, and it's completely natural to have questions about why pain sometimes continues. I'm Jacquie Kieck, a physiotherapist with 19 years of experience and a genuine passion for pain management education.Ā
What I've discovered in my work with persistent pain sufferers is how much people value having access to clear, evidence-based information about pain science. When my clients understand how their nervous system works, why pain may persist beyond tissue healing, and the various factors that can influence their pain experience, they often feel more confident and informed when working with their healthcare teams.
This insight became even more meaningful having walkedĀ my own journey with pain. NavigatingĀ that path myself gave me a deeper appreciation for how important it is to have access to reliable, understandable information. It reinforced my belief that education can be incredibly empowering.
The Decode Pain Mini Course grew from both my clinical experience and personal journey. I'm truly passionate about making current pain scienceĀ information accessible toĀ people living with persistent pain. I believe that when you understand more about your pain experience, you're better equipped to be an active participant in your healthcare journey.
This course offers the same evidence-based information I share with my clients, presented in a way that's easy to understand and digest at your own pace. My hope is that it provides you with valuable insights that complement the care you're receiving from your healthcare providers.
This course is for educational information only. Individual responses to pain education vary. This does not replace professional medical advice. Please consult your healthcare provider for your specific circumstances.
